Just saw a clip on Cavuto of Brett Baier's interview with Obama. Barry said he does not care for legislative procedure on how the healthcare bill gets passed. Only whether it is up or down
Considering all the effort he has put in this, don't you think he'd like it to stand up in court?

Of course he doesn’t care about the rule of law or the consent of the governed. Totalitarian dictators never care about such things.
Sleeper socialists have wanted this legislation for 100 years. Judicial activism can rule the day. The American public will tire of the appeals process and just want to be over with this.
The socialists will keep fighting for it until it is established as the law of the land.
Same as how Al Franken became a senator. Tire out the moderates.
