Why is there a portrait of Karl Marx in the apple sitting in front of our “fashion icon” First Lady, in her latest appearance on the cover of Newsweek (which replaces her bulbous giant belts with Nosferatu nails as the de rigeur accessory for spring)?

What is going on? Just when you think things can't get weirder...
Saw this on HillBuzz...thought the Boyz were having 'fun' with photoshop...but NO. This WAS ACTUALLY ON THE NEWSWEEK SITE (though it is now scrubbed; but alot of bloggers have screen caps).
Karl Marx (or his stand in) appears in the 'shine' of the 'healthy' apple infront of our FLOTUS. The official Newsweek site has now cropped the image (so elbows...and dang...buff arms, along with the apple are MIA) so what gives? A Republican mole on the staff at Newsweek? Or a subliminal message?

She probably has a huge portrait of karl marx in her favorite room of the white house that she posed in
