This is old news and Harry is wasting his breath. It is the kind of language that the SCOTUS has grounds to overturn.
I agree. Congress once repealed an amendment to the Constitution. They can certainly repeal any ill-conceived and destructive legislation.
And, if Congress won't repeal Obamacare, The People will.
