They are right. Weight training over cardio. However, best are bodyweight exercises, explosive or not, that provide true functional strength, that help you in your life.

Thanks Yaelle for the feedback.

I don’t do weight training, but husband does some after his exercise.

I do 1-2 hrs of walking 5 days a week, stretch exercises (about 15 minutes a day) and targeted area exercises randomly.
