Working for Cartier, They also place emphasis on the Cartier lifestyle. In Japan, where Image is EVERYTHING I can imagine photo boutiques hiring and firing people because of their brand names.

Just like Acrombie & Fitch here. I been to their stores and it is “pretty people”. No fugly fat types or anything. You won’t see a homely or fat person there.

If this suit is successful, I’ve got a surprise for the NBA.

To me it appears the “Prada Look” is: skeletal teens who look like they can read at a 3rd grade level and haven’t slept in days.

Just judging by names, it sounds like a western woman working at Prada Japan. Guess what.. the lawsuit will be thrown out. If anything the company will pay her some gomennasai money but they will not change the policy. In Japan there is no law about you being able to work for someone else without having your feelings hurt.
If you look in a help wanted magazine in Japan you will quickly notice that the majority of jobs are listed as either "Male" or "Female". As a foreign manager at a very high-end retailer in Tokyo she probably makes huge bank and should spend some of it at a gym membership and get her fat-ass in shape if she wants a luxury lifestyle.
