“You keep saying that the Jesus I love is not the Jesus of the Bible, not your Jesus. I thought Jesus died for all sinners. Silly me.”
Saundra,
You claim to be a mormonite.
You claim to love Jesus Christ.
I don’t doubt the first. I take you at your word.
I don’t know about the second. Here’s why:
Are you saying you love Jesus Christ, who is revealed in the Bible: Eternally God, not created or made?
- OR -
Are you saying you love the Mormonite Jesus, who started as a created spirit child, became just a regular human, then worked his way up to godhood?
If you are answering the first, GREAT! If so, come out from among the cultists and be holy.
If you are answering the —> mormonite jesus,< — your statement is meaningless. In that case, you are believing in a jesus that can NEVER save, nor have died for anyone. A strictly human Jesus, who was created, would have his own sins to pay for.
The real Jesus had an eternal life to lay down and no sins of His own to pay for.
Mormons use the NAME of Jesus Christ, but they DENY His Nature - the very nature that allows Him to be the Savior of all who believe in Him and accept His gift of grace through faith.
In short, mormonism teaches a different gospel that the Apostle Paul condemned as FALSE.
If you are sticking with that heresy when you speak about your happiness, it is you who is hurting yourself, eternally.
“You claim to be a mormonite.
You claim to love Jesus Christ.”
Blah blah blah. I don’t just claim to love Jesus. I do love Him. He is my Savior.
He is my Judge; not you.
