A CHP officer was dispatched and while driving alongside, coached Sikes over a loudspeaker on how to get control of the car, a process that involved the brakes, the emergency brake and, when the speed came down some, turning off the ignition C'mon... really... there's something about this that just doesn't add up.

Would a car, that the driver said was burning up his brakes, at least have some brake dust on the wheels? Those wheels look awfully clean to me. I can clean my car’s wheels and after a day or 2, the brake dust is back.
