maybe the first guy doesnt own a vehicle and its too much money to pay for delivery of such a small load. too bad the guy who was snapping pics didnt offer to help as opposed to making fun. polly anna

That’s the way I do it, too. Here in Papua sights like that are not uncommon at all. In the states, I recommend putting red flags on each end.

Now thats just nuts. In Saigon you can sit at a cafe and watch hundreds of cycles loaded with five times that amount of conduit, gutter, lumber, steel and alom extrusions, some look 20’ long. BUT the product is mounted PARALEL with the bike, and it seems to work.

In Viet Nam just about anything that can be carried o a truck is routinely carried on a motorbike of 110cc or less or on two or three of them operating together.Vietnamese motorbikes seem to have infinite load capacities.
