There’s this growth called an Inverted Papilloma, that can cause such things, but usually on the inside of the nasal passages, not the outside. I had three operations in 2008 to remove a large tumor form my nasal system that had blocked nearly all breathing from my nose. It had grown so large that it was about to grow into my skull cavity and into my brain..............
