She looks happy and healthy. As far as I can tell Mom did OK. I don’t think she should spend time in jail.
If the father had custody and the mom took off with the child then she should do jail time. End of story.

Betcha we could find a picture of Jaycee Dugard smiling while she was in Garrido’s clutches. Should he not be prosecuted either? Jaycee seems so well adjusted now, he must not have really done anything wrong. He should not spend any time in jail either, I guess.
