“Edwards, the disgraced two-time Presidential loser, is being investigated by the feds, including the FBI and IRS, for possible campaign violations related to paying his mistress Rielle Hunter.”

Wouldn’t that make her his prostitute?

"John is terrified that he's going to be indicted," a friend told The ENQUIRER.

I'll bet a dollar he wet himself.

Need to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. GOP needs to add strict law enforcement to their platform and truly MEAN IT, no exceptions. Send some of those killers like the sex offender and now murderer in CA of the young Chelsea King down to Guantanomo OR the death penalty, preferably the latter.

Over the years, the National Enquirer has printed many things that never happened.
Whoda thought they would become a source for Freepers?

"While he believes he's done nothing illegal in trying to hide his extramarital affair with Rielle and their daughter, he thinks the Feds are going to make an example of him."

Why? Does Obama see him as a continued political threat?

Edwards won’t go to prison. At worst he would be sentenced to so many hours of community service. Perhaps hair care for the poor.

The low quality of the candidates put forth by the Democrats is disheartening.

The difficulty Republicans have in beating those candidates at the polls is more so.

I hope he is indicted, convicted and imprisoned, but I have to take this story with a grain of salt.

Generally, when the Enquirer makes very firm statements of fact, (where misreporting could lead to a libel suit) its stories are quite accurate.

When it uses fuzzier language like “about to be indicted” it is often wildly inaccurate.
