I live in SF Bay area and it’s very hard to find women who wear skirts. In my area we have the least feminine women in the Country. What does this have to do with the perv who got arrested? Nothing except if you wanted to do what he did here you would have a hard time finding skirts to look up.

When I was in high school we were not allowed to wear shinny patten leather shoes because the vice principle thought the boys could see up out skirts in the reflection. (Thats why we wore them)

On the subject of good cheap video cameras, video cameras are really cheap these days - under $12 shipped - and extremely small. I’ve attached one to the grill of my car. The quality is good.
