I love making it and we eat it quite often....I love cabbage, any way, any time....sour kraut, slaw, fried, boiled, chopped....and as many ways as there is to make it...like I said...any way...

For a long time, I’ve been saying that if I had to choose just one vegetable to eat all the time, it would be cabbage. You can do more with that great vegetable than any other. Aside from cold as in slaw, or in soups, you can cream it, stuff it, saute it (with bacon? YUM!), cooked in corned beef water, gratins, — I could go on and on. Best vegetable in the market and deserving of more respect.
