I noticed that too. If you blow that picture up larger - that "girl" is definitely a guy! Look how big his neck is, and the hair on his head does not match the hair around his neck. Also, his arms and hands do not match.
Also, Obama's arm that is next to the guy/girl seems to be missing from the upper arm down. And there's some extra black fabric around that area too.
There's a lot wrong with that picture.
