Television star types have changed a lot.
I’ve always thought the battle of the network stars should have been fought with automatic weapons.
Now their biggest competition is HDTV.
Melissa Gilbert was sooo dorkey back then, but very uber hot now.
Gregory Harrison remains hot today and I still love Greg Evigan. What a fun video - thanks for posting. Amazing how they’ve aged so and I haven’t. LOL
Howard (I never played the game) Cosell. How many impression acts were gutted when he died.
I used to watch this event when I was a kid.
Loved the episode where geeky Gabe Kaplan beat uber-man Robert Conrad in a sprint for the championship.
Conrad flipped out for losing to a dork.
Man, was Ed Asner ever younger than 60?
SNL did “Battle of the Network T’s and A’s”
the biggest T’s ... the firmest A’s
Jan Smithers...giddyup!
Asner was in “El Dorado” made in 1967 when he was either thirty-seven or thirty-eight. He looked like he was about fifty years old then.
I liked her better than Loni Anderson.
