1) Diversity
2) Hope
3) Racist
4) Change
5) let me be clear
6) unexpectedly
7) Obama
8) global warming/climate change
9) carbon
10) fat cats

The Navy was celebrating its diversity as early as 1967. That’s when I took the HM2 exam. On the bulletin board at my duty station, there was a memo which stated that ‘Negroes’ and ‘American Indians’ would get five extra points. That was long before I heard the term Affirmative Action.
