WASHINGTON -- On an otherwise quiet Saturday at the White House, there was quite a sight along the driveway: the careful unearthing of two trees to make way for some construction underneath the front lawn.
People walking along Pennsylvania Avenue saw two enormous cranes stationed just outside the West Wing. One crane lifted away a sugar maple tree that had been planted by President Ronald Reagan in 1984. And then a large linden tree, planted by the National Park Service in 1979, was also hauled out of the ground.

Or a new bunker?? HolyO digging in his heels for the upcoming revolution that’s brewing and the battle of election days across America??
Yes, I do.
But I am also concerned about the rootball of the Sugar Spruce. It’s almost non-existent.
Making room for Mrs. Hussein’s watermelon patch and Andy Stern’s summer home.
...did they get all the requisie permits....impact "assessments"...enquiring minds seek to know...?
Underground Railroad?

They will also need hazardous waste removal ala Michelle’s contaminated garden.
Future moat? They’re gonna need it.
The Obamao syndicate needs room to handle additional servants.
BS, who could be dumb enough to believe that anything said by the Obozo WH would be anytjhing other than a big lie.

“...and that Muslim who bankrolled Barrys college years.”
Bin Laden is still in a cave in Afganistan...
“...Change? Pillboxes on the front lawn of the White House....”
Unobstructed kill zones for when the revolt takes place.
Nope....how 'bout a mosque?
Trees absorb carbon dioxide and emit oxygen, helping to reduce the so-called “carbon footprint.” Construction projects consume energy and emit carbon, much of which will now bounce around the atmosphere without the erstwhile White House trees to lessen the so-called “carbon footprint” being ordered up by obama.
Will Fat Albert be getting his expected payoff for this egregious assault on the environment, or will obama ignore it in favor of more preaching that we should tighten our belts?
Waiting for the answer. Still waiting.
My first thought also...Sugar Maple are beautiful tree’s. Unless it was diseased no reason to move them...O is a horse pucky...
They may intend to plant some bamboo groves.
The part about the why.
It really pisses me off too! I don’t care if they do replant it somewhere else. It still takes away from the history of the tree. It should stay where it was originally planted for histories sake. Who the hell does he think he is to come in there and shit all over our countries history?
