I know this is going to get me flamed, because this forum is all about home school, but this is another incidence of Muslims avoiding assimilation and keeping their kids in their little prisons of Islamic belief and tradition. You know they are not teaching them American history, values, customs etc. They are putting down the foundation for their spawn to take over our country and impose their culture.

I imagine you're right, but in many of the public schools they wouldn't learn much about those things either.

Agree, non-assimilation is their goal. With all its faults western culture is too attractive.

You'll find no flame here. It's worth noting, however, that people make the same claims about Christian homeschoolers: that they keep their kids in prisons of Christian belief and tradition (please note I am a Christian homeschooler).

I kinda wish they would do a little more home schooling. Home schooling a little closer to home. Mecca, Medina, Cairo I don't care which home.

I hate to tell you this, but “assimilation” is not what is promoted in public schools in the USA. It’s all multi-culti and diversity.

I agree with you entirely. In light of the recent Ft. Jackson incident I question as to why Islam is tolerated in a free society. It’s aggressive aims and it’s intolerant and hostile beliefs are completely opposite of Judeo-Christian Civilization.
