After getting into it tonight with another Freeper, I started going through the latest posts. Boy, we are an angry nasty bunch tonight. People are calling each other names and hurling insults. Much more so than "normal."
We should all switch to decaf and hold hands sing kumbaya.

I have to say that it works against all of conservatism, patriotism,civility,etc for us to be fighting against one another in a vile manner....its probably comes right out of the Saul Alinsky workbook...encourage your enenmies to fight one another...

I’m just tired of people not reading what I post, and then railing on me for something I didn’t say. Too many people here just want to fire from the hip when they “think” they see something that’s not there. There’s this knee-jerk faction here that can’t wait to be snarky, sarcasta-bitches toward others they think have said something, when in reality they misread it or didn’t read the full post. These are people that are not operating here on the benefit of the doubt, they assume the worst and it’s time to rip into someone - yay!
You try to somewhat patiently correct them and they stay snarky about it. You snark back and then they’re all “hey grow up man” when they get their own attitude back.
Just tired of it. Read things fully and carefully. Try to make sure you grasp the overall context of what someone’s saying. Otherwise you’re just proving to everyone by your own words, you can’t read, and you’re a knee-jerk reactionary - you know, the way a liberal would react.

You know the guy. He’s the one who has petitioned for the Park Service to sandblast Lincoln’s face from Mount Rushmore because of the states rights thing.
I’m in a good mood tonight. It’s freezing outside and I just ate a Chocolate Frosty. Of course, I haven’t been on FR tonight to deal with any of the grumps.
A month? Try 10 years. Its like some folks don’t get out or have a life.
I have to admit. My posts vary considerably according to my mood.
