The Constitution doesn't stipulate qualifications for who can "run" for POTUS. A resident alien green card holder (who was also a convicted felon) ran and was "allowed" on multiple states' ballots.
If you think the issue is doomed to failure, then stop thinking about it.
Some of us can multitask and prefer to address the "root" of the issue re: anything related to Barry...including the illegal h.c. debacle.
I would much rather support AND PASS measures to require physical proof of US citizenship by birth in the USA.
