I've seen videos of some of this music on youtube and I think some of it is quite good...she hasn't lost it.

I love the new video Soldier of Love is one of my favorites of her new ones as well.
And as an aside, she sure has aged well...still an amazing beauty.

I have all of Sade’s earlier albums, plus a video. Sade’s music (including her vocals and the band’s playing) always was tasteful and classy, imho, refreshing compared to the popular music out there at the time.
