Is this inconsistent with our previous knowledge of Barack Sr.? I thought he had gotten his Doctorate at Harvard before returning to Kenya. Apparently not.

Obviously, the co-author of the paper is Barack, Sr., the alleged biological father of Barack II. We do know that Sr. returned to Kenya after his education in the US at Hawaii, then Harvard, and spent almost all of the remainder of his life in his native country.
