Disgraced former presidential candidate John Edwards has reportedly proposed to his baby mama -- and plans to buy a posh, $3.5 million beachfront home where they can live together.
Edwards popped the question last month at the same time he told his ex-mistress Rielle Hunter that he had issued a statement confirming that he indeed fathered her 2-year-old daughter Frances Quinn, The National Enquirer reported today.

Not much time will go by before Edwards is driven insane by the scrambled New Age rantings of his new wife.
Boy he just can’t stop himself from being a cad can he? You aren’t divorced yet so until then the issue is moot!
It must be like the third ring of hell inside these peoples' heads. Ugh.
A marriage made in heaven—they deserve each other. John should focus on his daughter. He should be photographed at all times with the little girl and show how much he loves her. It reminds Me of JR on the old Dallas TV Show. Women started to like the character everyone was to hate because of his clear love of his son. He needs to re-build his career by doing lots of Pro-bono cases, fighting for lost causes, doing charity work. And in time—lots of time—he might rebuild something. Suggestion for him. In time run for the mayorship of a troubled city and fix up the place and make it work. Ex-Governor Jerry Brown did do a good job as mayor of Oakland.
Only his “love” of his mistress would save him. ALSO he should go back to church, appear on Ophra etc...
