Hell No! I still need a couple more weeks off before I get to my garden. I have to increase the height of my fence due to my 15-20 new neighbors in my backyard. DEER! Big suckers, and they love what I grow in my garden, as much as I do! :)

Try a pellet rifle. Find the buck off to the side. That is the head buck. Plunk him in the hind quarters and he’ll keep the herd away. Plunk the others and they’ll just follow the leader back. I have a scope that places my shots right where I want it.

I may be tired of Winter, I do love the Spring but in all honesty Summer in Jersey, even on the Jersey Shore can be mighty uncomfortable when the heat and humidity kick in.

But Upstate NY doesn’t have morons driving, and we don’t have the equipment for even a 15” snow fall, no less back to back snow falls as this.

Lived in Utica when I was a kid. Loved making igloos in the huge mounds. Of course ‘huge’ in perspective of a 5 year old is different now.

How many 100+ degree days did we have last summer? Upper 90’s even? It really wasn’t that hot. I hope this is a trend. I like cooler summers and I want to buy a snow thrower but I don’t want to move north.
