Yes, lots of hard work, and I never had a clue I had it! Went to one of those life line screenings and had quite an eye opener. My sister, age 58, found her carotid artery was 80 per cent blocked, it basically saved her life. I highly recommend those screenings, and basically pretty inexpensive.
