or run DOS?

just got a new PC today w/ W7 (old one had Vista, blecch) and will have to see what I can do, etc. I think I have USB drives right on the front. But I don’t think W7 has Windows Movie Maker (looked up), one thing I’ve used for video editing
I will say this: faster, easier to use, versatile, so far
(a cheapie $298 at WalMart, E-machines)
Depends upon what one means by "run DOS."
No Windows since 3.1 has "run DOS." But Win-7 does run a Command Box just like all the others after 3.1.
