Apple nearly went bankrupt and wouldn’t have had a market to return to if it wasn’t for microsoft. When windows 7 was released they sold more upgrades in a few days than apple has total in their base.
Windows and Microsoft sure aren’t perfect but the free market chose them over apple time and time again.

I mean, where's the virus... no really...., as I said, I'm a curious sort of guy and I'm wanting to get that virus on a PDF and/or a jpeg file and infect my machine... [yeah, I like to do those sorts of things... crazy but true... LOL...]
But, you're disappointing me, because I was getting excited there, thinking that I was going to see my second virus in 25 years... hmmm.... back to no viruses once more on my machine... this is way too boring... :-)
Why not just say that you love your Window program? There is no need to try and downgrade Macs is there?
Windows is popular because it is cheap and easy to program with. You get more games, more programs and more viruses, enjoy : )
There is no need to project your deficiencies on others. Have you ever heard the phrase "Methinks the Lady doth protest too much? Think about it.
Also if someone could find a nice juicy exploit on all those unprotected Macs it would be worth billions, much more than any windows exploit would be worth.
that's false. Microsoft made a $150,000,000 purchase of restricted preferred stock as part of a lawsuit settlement they essentially LOST. At the time of this mythical MS bailout, Apple had $1.4 Billion in cash and liquid assets. MS also, as part of the settlement, agreed to license FROM Apple the disputed software patents for an undisclosed license fee for five years, re-activate and agressively market the canceled Mac Office, and Licence TO Apple at no charge certain MS patnents in perpetuity. The three interlocking agreements outlining this patent lawsuit settlement are available online for anyone to read.
