It’s about time.
Not bad!
I pass this everyday and it has looked the same for months on end. This is what happens when there are too many cooks.
Why isn’t an American paper reporting on this?
#7 has been open for what, 3, 4 years now? It's incredible and beautiful (and probably 75% empty, but I think they've had some leases of late). And of course it was built by a private enterprise -- thank you, Mr. Silverstein.
The rest of the design is cheesy and overwrought, but that's just my humble opinion. Others have testified to its gross mismanagement.
The other magnificent building in Manhattan, the Empire State Building, was completed in 13 months.
But why build space nobody needs?
I hate it. The whole thing is an architectural monstrosity and an insult to the dead. And then they have to go and milk the project. Barf.
Too bad we have to get our real news from the UK and Canada and Australia. But thank you for giving this coverage.
That Silverstein ahole tried to sue even more people and was shut down just a short time ago.
