OK. So which male artists NOT associated with duo, group etc would make your top 10. Here's mine..in no particular order..Non opera please!
I could think of more; I just had to stop myself. Julio Iglesias.. so romantic. I have to look up those last two you mentioned; I might like them!!
Thanks. What would we do without music? I think Shawn Colvin wrote a song in that regard...LOL.

In the last one, the music doesn’t start until about :50
My faves:
Dan Fogelberg, Jeremy Camp, Elvis, Johnny Cash, David Phelps, Elton John, Josh Groban, Luther Vandross, Andy Williams, Glen Campbell.
Add:
Kenny Rogers.
The only one of your selections with which I agree is Leonard Cohen.
Jeff Buckley had a band, but his music was hauntingly powerful. His cover of Cohen's Halleluyah is great.
I will add Andres Segovia and Paco de Lucia to the list.
In no particular order:
Johnny Mathis
Nat King Cole
Sam Cook
Smoky Robinson
Elvis Presley
Roy Orbison
Jerry Lee Lewis
Ray Charles
Bing Crosby
Stevie Wonder and many more but the limit was 10.
Second the great Smokey Robinson.
Take a listen to his Live at Sin-E record with just him and the guitar.
