"Interest in the use of traditional medicines for cancer prevention and treatment is increasing. In vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies suggest the potential use of proteasome inhibitors as novel anticancer drugs. This is where a better understanding of molecular biology is going to start paying off. Findings such as this could be the starting point for a variety of pharmaceuticals.
