You are indeed absolutely correct.

For all the good the TOR Project does in helping to protect our Fourth Amendment Constitutional Rights, there can be no doubt, that some people and some groups will attempt to abuse the protections afforded by those Rights.

Similarly, as the Second Amendment ensures the Right to both keep and to bear arms, and yet there are indeed individuals and groups who will attempt to abuse Second Amendment Rights.

Vigilance would be the watchword of the day in these cases. We should all bear in mind Edmund Burke's old saw, QUOTE All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. UNQUOTE
