These were basically rebadged Mazda trucks. Likely the parts are compatible, if perhaps a variant color.

Also try Mazda B2000. It’s the same vehicle and the interior parts might be the same as the Ford version.

As recommended above, LMC is awesome. You can get catalogs for specific years and makes. Another classic truck/car supplier is Northern Auto Parts naparts.com. My son has a hotrod 1984 GMC 4x4 we just rebuilt. You can find parts for just about anything if your willing to pay the price.
