PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. -- PETA is proposing a futuristic change to a Pennsylvania tradition.
Tuesday morning, the animal rights activist group sent a letter to the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club’s Inner Circle urging that Phil be replaced with an animatronic model.
