Diff'rent Strokes Star Gary Coleman Arrested For Domestic Assault By Daily Mail Reporter 25th January 2010
Former child star Gary Coleman has been jailed after being arrested for domestic violence. [Pic in URL with wife] He found fame as a ten-year-old in the U.S. sitcom Diff'rent Strokes. Coleman, now 41, was arrested after police were called to a 'civil disturbance' at his home in Santaquin, Utah.
The 4ft 8in star is currently being held on $1,725 bail at the Utah County Jail as a result of an outstanding warrant for a prior incident.
Police said he was jailed on a warrant for his failure to appear in court in an unrelated case. A source told website RadarOnline: 'He's been booked. He's in the jail right now.'
Volatile relationship: The actor with wife Shannon Price in 2007 The victim of the assault has not yet been revealed. Coleman is married to Shannon Price, who is almost half his age - and almost twice his height.

There's been a rash of trouble/crimes involving childhood stars from that era, but those from Different Strokes seem to have a disproportionately high share of them.
