It’s been a while since I’ve been able to read these, but I sure enjoy them when I can! Could you please refresh my memory on the meaning of the numbers after the headlines (– 2-3)?

Each newspaper image is numbered. The images don't show in the preview, but the numbers do.

Could you please refresh my memory on the meaning of the numbers after the headlines (– 2-3)?

It's a sort of table of contents. There is a number above each image. The reply that pings the student body lists the main articles and the numbers refer the reader to the right images. I figure since everybody gets these saved they can use them for reference if they want to go back and find an old article.
