Top 1 reason the Vikings will lose - Brett Favre.

I am always amazed at the way everyone one thiks that the Vikings Run D is just going to Fold. Remember the Vikes went to New Orleans and beat them last year on Monday night. And that was without Favre.

Saints versus the Ain’ts. Saints win. Favre retires for a third and final time. Order returns to the Universe. I smile. This is all preordained. Deal with it.

I don’t know who will win, but I DO know that it should be one hell of a game. Favre has the experience, having ‘been there’ before. The Saints are a very great team, playing the Championship Game at home. That will be an edge for them.

This upcoming Sunday is my favorite week of the football season. This week is the week that matters most. You have two games, the battle lines are drawn, and all four teams know that a win will get them into the Super Bowl, and only two will make it. Some of the best games I’ve seen have been championship games. They are almost always better games to watch than the Superbowl.

Anymore, the Superbowl is just a big circus. Many people tune in to watch some commercials, an often times stupid overly theatrical halftime show, and the hottest graphics and camera angles ever before seen from the network’s production booth. Somewhere within all of that, you might catch bits and pieces of something that resembles a football game.

Give me the Saints and 10. I’ll bet my local Florida Senator Bill Nelson against your local Minnesota Senator Stuart Smalley. The Senator of the loser has to dive head first from 40 feet up into a cesspool with a concrete bottom one foot down. We’ll both win. Heck, I’ll even throw in Alan Grayson, win or lose.

I love this game - clearly the two best teams in the NFC! And I’m an AFC girl. I was always a believer in Brett, and it’s been so wonderful to watch him this season. I call Vikings games the Brett Favre Show!

Saints have the home field advantage. Percy Harvin mostly likely will not play - migraines. Seriously, migraines can totally lay you down on the floor and not want to live. But I think my boy is going to pull it out. I don’t think anyone has a clue how much he wants this. Pants on the Floor!! Pants on the Floor!!!!

Favre surrenders his mind and heart to God. That makes him a winner.

As does Brees... that levels things a bit.

The vikings sure seem stuck on themselves.

I’m rooting for the Saints.

Farve cries after the game announcing his retirement.

2 weeks later he comes out of retirement. (again)

And if we are discussing destiny, then Minnesota deserves to loose for allowing Al Franken to be the 60th vote in the Senate for so long.

Has anyone seen Favre and Glenn Beck in the same room together?

Vikings by 3 ; or in a blowout.

The key is whether Jared Allen can get to dominate; and whether Adrian Peterson returns to the form of last year facing a weak D.

Cheers!

...Hows that new fight song working out for y'all. (lmao)

Last years MNF game?..... That's hilarious, just what exactly does a game that happened almost a 1 1/4 years ago have to do with this? I could say our record is better means we will win. Both comments would be ridiculous. Truth is though the best offense in the NFL is playing the weakest defensive secondary that made the playoffs. I got to like those odds.

May the best team win.

The 40 omen

It is truly the year of the 4's for the Vikings.

#4 turned 40 during the 4th week of the season (against the Packers) bringing their season to 4-0.

#4 is playing for his 4th NFL team.

This is the 44th Superbowl.

And as you already pointed out The 40 omen!!!!!!

SKOL VIKINGS!!!!!
