What was the outage explanation? Twitter claimed an attack.

I think this is the first FR outage I actually missed.
So did that Cardenas guy ever explain why he thought firing shots at the Capitol was a good idea at the time?
I haven’t had a chance to check back and see what happened yet, will update the ‘unshots’ thread asap!
The guy looks like a typical white weirdo under-nourished drug-addict, yet he’s got a hispanic name, ‘spoke broken english’, drove a crappy Toyota from Houston where he tried to speak to Dan Patrick privately. His staffers said naw, we have another room for that, he split outside and according to kxan fired 12 shots.
A photog in the red brick building (I forget what we call it) caught the scene, but nobody apparently has bothered to ask Cardenas what this was all about over at the Travis Co. jailhouse, where he’s having his bologna sandwich.
