I NEVER said anything of the kind, I said I wished restaurants would use some consideration for those of us on a low sodium diet and VOLUNTARILY use less salt, which was the point of that article, it was a VOLUNTARY measure. I even said you could drink it out of the salt shaker if you want, I don't give a damn, just have some consideration for others who have health issues, you can always add more salt if you want it. YOU are the ones that totally overreacted and went off the deep end in a paranoidal rant.

As for my post on this thread...get a grip already...the emoticons were a freaking joke. Sheesh....

OK, but the real point is that low salt is hazardous to your health, not using salt.

The whole low salt thing is an incredibly ignorant myth. - If you have a BP problem, find the problem and fix it, but don’t ruin your digestion by cutting salt. The tennis ball squeezing routine has been proven to reduce BP for everyone that has tried it, and if that’s to crude for you the toy that tells you when to squeeze and how hard only costs $380, and unlike BP medicine, it doesn’t have harmful side effects.
