In the pic of JG wearing the t-shirt, prison life and throat cancer was not knid to him. Read on Wiki that due to his throat cancer, his lower jaw had to be removed, therby neccessatating the need to be fed through an IV tube. But I can't find it within myself to feel one iota of sympathy for him. He deserved everything he got while in prison.
BTW, here is a pic of him after he was jumped by someone in the Big House:
