“Couric never said anything...”
And that’s a bad thing?...

At one point she reaches over and he just ignored her.

Kinda petty. In all fairness the reporter was on a phone and Couric was not. She had no idea what was being said.

I don’t care for Couric, but it appeared she could not get a word in edgewise.

Not sure why Couric not saying anything is part of the headline. I don’t think she could even here the question being asked as they were coming over his hand held device.

Awwwwwww. Katie was just upset because she had to pack so fast and left her ‘Jimmy Choo’s’ at home. I mean.....that must really suck, huh, Katie? What? No Starbucks in a poor, commie country? Awwwwwwwww.

Guess she won’t be performing her ‘go girl’ while there. Back in the field ya’ go, dahlin’.

Personally I can't stand the woman, but in this video she looks sad and distressed by what she's seen. If she has a soul, she may be thinking about how ridiculous Obama's bailouts of big corporations, bribes, etc. seem in light of this tragedy.

With such a light=weight anchor — no wonder CBS is drifting onto the rocks.

It would be interesting to know what she was thinking:
1) This is horrible. The devastation is just awful.

2) This is just miserable. There's not even a place to wash my hair.

3) I don't know if we have enough bodyguards for this.

It didn't look to me as if she wanted to talk to anyone.

KC was undoubtedly disturbed. But why do I get the impression that she’s thinking “What has Bush done?”. Maybe after years of garbage coming from her mouth....

I always think it’s stupid to send these news anchors into disaster areas. A couple of photojournalists—yes. But not the extensive dispatches the networks always send. They’re just in the way and hog up whatever resources are there or the resources they brought that could be used to help the victims.

Why is it necessary for Couric to be there in the first place? Is this CBS’ big news story for the week? I fully appreciate the magnitude of the disaster that’s befallen the people of Haiti, and want all the assistance the World can give them, but doesn’t Couric have anything else to report on?

Hilarious...I’ll bet she ripped him a new one after that!

He was good too, even more maddening to her.
