I had the same Q when I saw Lionel Ritchie and Pearl jam. If those 2 acts are “jazz”, then Lil Wayne and Jay Z are heavy metal artists...

Speaking of great jazz, I saw Dave Brubeck (I think he’s 89 years old) play a couple months back at a small club here in Seattle. Fantastic as ever.
