"here are the references that Othigo was still CA until April 13th 2009" The newspapers are very imprecise when reporting whether an individual is chief administrator of a medical department or alternatively chief administrator of the entire hospital, yet you continue to play this up as if it proves anything.

Two individuals can simultaneously be "chief administrator" with one being of a department and the other of the entire hospital. They can also change roles. Othigo was on the way out in early 2009. Transitions can be messy and newspaper reporting sloppy, so public emergence of Maganga as chief of the hospital (with both phonetic spellings of his African name) could have easily been delayed by a few months.

You have reasonable suspicions about conflicting details, but you persist in falsely claiming that your personal suspicions regarding newspaper discrepancies that go both ways "prove" something. Your suspicions about mere discrepancies for which there are alternate exculpatory explanations prove nothing, in my opinion. And by your own admission in this thread you have made false claims about Maganga's email address Lucas Smith's CPGH BC.

“The newspapers are very imprecise when reporting whether an individual is chief administrator of a medical department or alternatively chief administrator”

The newspaper articles are not imprecise at all, and they do not contradict each other. You are obviously not willing to read them.

“Two individuals can simultaneously be “chief administrator” with one being of a department and the other of the entire hospital.”

No. Wrong. As I posted previously heads of dpts are “deputy CA’s”. There are many references to them. You can do a search for “deputy chief administrator” + mombasa -(obviously) Obama, Lucas Smith.

“They can also change roles”. No they can’t. They are appointed by the National director of health who resonds directly to the Minister of public Health

“Othigo was on the way out in early 2009. Transitions can be messy and newspaper reporting sloppy, so public emergence of Maganga as chief of the hospital (with both phonetic spellings of his African name) could have easily been delayed by a few months.”

So public emergence about Maganga’s new position was delayed to all the public except for Lucas Smith. What was Maganga waiting for ? Do you believe that maybe he had to be sworn in ?

“You have reasonable suspicions about conflicting details, but you persist in falsely claiming that your personal suspicions regarding newspaper discrepancies that go both ways “prove” something. Your suspicions about mere discrepancies for which there are alternate exculpatory explanations prove nothing, in my opinion.”

There are no discrepancies about who was CA on Feb 19th 2009.Unless you consider Lucas’ Ghent theory to be a discrepancy.

There are discrepancies on Maganga’s name. A few articles published in June carry the name Helton. Successive articles call him Heltan. Medical directories, which list him from well before he was appointed, write his name as Heltan. Isn’t it funny that the June articles were the only ones available to Lucas when he performed his hoax ? Isn’t the fact that Lucas simply copied the mispelled name from the only source available at the time a reasonable “alternate exculpatory explanation” ?

Kindly can you please illustrate some of these “alternate exculpatory explanations” ?
