Sinclair's affidavit of September 15, 2009 says no such thing. Sinclair made no statement whatsoever as to Taitz' opinion of the authenticity of Lucas Smith's CPGH BC.

Lucas Smith's affidavit regarding Taitz' request that he perjure himself affirms Sinclair's similar accusation against Taitz, and Smith's affidavit against Taitz was found sufficiently credible by Judge Carter for Carter to admonish Taitz. Judge Carter's harsh dress-down of Taitz, clearly in part based on Smith's affidavit, was made by Carter with Carter knowing fully well that Smith had also presented an affidavit to his court with the CPGH BC.
In this highly visible case Judge Carter, who must have known Lucas Smith's very public history, refused to let Smith's past "impeach" his testimony in his affidavit and Carter relied on Smith's representations to admonish Taitz.
In the Rivernider case that is the subject of this thread, Lucas Smith has once again made himself available to cross-examination by Taitz, and exposed himself to a full-on effort by Taitz to impeach him under penalty of perjury.
It is not at all typical of fraudsters to deliberately go out of their way to testify under oath, in fact the opposite is true!
We shall see, with the ruling, who prevails and who is found to be credible in yet another federal court. I'm betting that Lincoln will prevail with the testimony of Smith backing him up!

Yes, I agree…BUT that does not make the Kenya BC real especially now that Sinclair disclosed that Orly Taitz knew that those BC’s were fake and fraudulent

That’s not necessarily true, there are those who believe in their own lies that they even appear in court defending themselves without the help of lawyers!

Yes! Yes! Yes!...There is evidence that Orly Taitz tried to authenticate the document at the Kenyan embassy. Check the proceedings in Judge Land’s Court related to Orly’s sanctions (I don’t have the link here but I’ve read it)
