I question the validity of this - I think it’s a scam. Now he can claim protection as both a black and a bisexual/gay.

Oh gross. If it’s true (no certainty) it adds to the case that he’s a sex addict. I’m surprised he’s not playing the addict card right now for sympathy. I guess he’s too embarrassed.
