I have been busted for riding on the roof of a car, in excess of 70mph, on I-5 in So Cal. but the driver was not charged.

Outside of the car activities in various forms, used to be a favorite pastime of mine.

Kind of reminds me of Police Academy with Fackler driving and his wife was on the hood. Then they switch in PA 3: back in training
