I probably would have took both of his kidneys...before turning my attention to the wife.

That was so rotten it had me laughing for a few solid minutes.
That is truly a screwed up story. Not ony was the wife banging the donor, but his kid is not really his.
I;m more amazed that the dude had the self-control not to kill himself or others in the revelation.
I know that Jack and Jill went up the hill. I just don’t remember any Peter in the story.

It happens........I’m 50 years old and I don’t know how many Uncles and Aunts i have from my Mothers side of the family.
And I’ve never met any of them.
And we do NOT talk about it.........

Ironically, I was on dialysis for 9 months starting in 2007, and had a kidney transplant in 2008, just like John. The similarities in our situation ends there. I feel sorry for this guy; can’t imagine how I would feel if I found out my donor was banging my wife (I received a cadaveric donor kidney).

Speaking of drinking, one can easily theorize that his kidney malfunction may have been from an earlier attempt to poison him. Just sayin’.
