If you use windows you can use a free little utility from lifehacker.com called Texter. You type in any text you want retyped, like html, and assign a hot key to it. Then you just need to hit the hot key, paste the web address of the pic and you're done!

With very little extra work the hotkey can automatically insert the contents of the clipboard into the html for you so it is a matter of only copy an URL, hit the hotkey, done.
