My Late Father was in the Army and He liked it and even taught my Mother, who is Japanese to cook it. She thought it was the most bizarre dish. I grew up eating it and I do like it. Thank you very much for noting my request.

When I was a kid, my mother fixed this occasionally - (she hated cooking), and I was just thankful that we didn’t have to eat fried SPAM again!!!
