Stay away from monsanto soy beans and corn. Corn syrup is not bad for you because it is concentrated sugar. It is a GMO product.

Frankly, I love GMO food.

I always say, if it's not Frankenfood it's probably contaminated in some manner no one understands yet.

I stay away from anything that has SOY in the name to begin with.
