Dice two or three cloves of garlic.
Slise up cabage thin.
Two table spoons of Olive oil in the bottom of a deep pot. Get it hot enough to brown garlic.
After garlic is brown add cabage. Stir often enough to keep the cabage from burning.
Add a tablespoon or two of curry powder.
